We do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with the products you order from us!
However, in cases where a return is necessary, you may go according to the conditions outlined below:

Returns

Framed Prayer Designs:
We do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order.
In case of a defect in the product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
For all other cases, the full price of a new product will be applicable.

Books:
In case of a defect in the product, we will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement is necessary or if we will send you a new product.
For all other cases, the cost of return shipping for the replacement will be borne by the buyer.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons.

• Wrong Address – If you provided an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.
• Rejected by the Recipient – If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.
• Unclaimed – If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender.

Payment:
The price for a new product order will be at no cost. This way, you will only pay again for the order’s shipping.
In the case of a refund, the buyer will be responsible solely for the shipping charges of the returned order.

Lost Orders

Cancellations

It is possible to cancel an order only if it hasn’t been sent to printing yet.

Books:
It is possible to cancel an order only if it hasn’t been sent to the customer yet.

Refunds

Refunds will not be allowed for damaged products, products that have been removed from their original packaging, or products that have been used in any way. A refund will be given only if the product is unused or undamaged, and in the same condition as it was received.
The company reserves the exclusive right to determine the condition of the returned product.

In the case of a product defect, if the customer does not notify the website management about the defect within 14 days of receiving the product, it will be considered as notice that no defect was found in the product, and the customer will not have any claims regarding this.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.
The refund will be in the same currency used for the original order.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your credit card company and its policies.

Product Images: we use the same print machines, paper types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations.
However, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved.
Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned.
Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Warranty: The website is committed to providing high-quality products.
However, the website is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
