Is it a worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
However, due to Israeli regulations, shipments cannot be made to the following countries:

Iran, Syria, North Korea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, Gaza Strip, Iraq, South Sudan, Russia, Qatar, and Kuwait.

What is the cost of shipping?
  • Delivery within the Continental USA or Canada: Shipping is calculated based on weight – check out the price breakdown by weight below.
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on weight and destination.

For orders containing both framed prayers and books: No shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
However, the shipping cost for the books will be calculated and charged separately at a later time.
After you purchase a book, we will email you an update regarding the shipping cost. If you agree, you will be charged separately for the shipping cost; if not, we will refund the book’s price.

How long does the shipping take?
  • Delivery within the Continental USA or Canada: up to 10 business days since you approved the delivery cost.
  • International Shipping: depending on the destination – you can check with us before proceeding.

Important note:
We are closed on Jewish holidays including the intermediary days of Sukkot and Passover.
We are closed on US and Israeli National holidays as well.
Shipping time depends on the weather, size of the order, distance from the warehouse in CT, and time of the year.

Due to increased volume during holidays & sales, processing and shipping of orders may take longer than expected.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping carrier details and your tracking number for easy monitoring.

What shipping carriers are utilized for deliveries?

The website has partnered with 40+ shipping providers including DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc., all over the world. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the country of production, the country of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. 

Are there different shipping options available?

Once you receive an email with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number, you’ll be able to choose the most convenient shipping option for you – either pickup from a delivery point or home delivery. This can be done through the shipping carrier’s website.

How do I change a shipping address for an order?

You can easily change the shipping address for an order, as long as the order status wasn’t changed to “In Production”.
To change the shipping address please send an email to: customerservice@newchoosenewjews.info or click here, with your full name, order number, and the new address.
If the country needs to be changed, a new order has to be placed.
Once an order’s status progresses to “In Production”, a new order would be required.

My package was expected to arrive today, but I haven’t received it. What should I do next?

If the estimated delivery date is past and the order has been shipped, your order may experience a shipping delay.
If so, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date via: customerservice@newchoosenewjews.info or here.
Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is based on information from carriers and is not a guarantee.
There may be several days in between tracking updates due to customs clearance processes.

What if an order is lost in the mail?

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date via: customerservice@newchoosenewjews.info or here.
We’re happy to send a replacement order on your behalf or to refund you.

I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Different products on the website may be shipped from different companies.
If you received an incomplete order, it means that your order was shipped in multiple packages.
This is quite common for orders with multiple items or larger orders.
As long as the shipping time has not passed, there is no need to report to us.

Will I need to pay customs duties?

Customs duties depend on the shipping policies of your country and are subject to your local postal service. We are unable to provide this information.
